All orders are sent via a tracked service giving you full visibility and traceability from the point of ordering, to the point of delivery.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY
We aim to have all orders placed by 2pm out the very same day. All orders are sent on a next working day service with orders that exceed £250 ex vat getting FREE delivery. Orders under than incur a delivery fee of £4.99.

We will request a detailed description and images, at which point we will then arrange collection to arrange a claim, or alternatively, ask you to discard and we'll have a replacement sent straight out, to put you in the right position!

Simply email trade@twpnutrition.com and one of the trade team will reach out to take care of everything through the whole order process. From the shipping down to any customs requirements, we'll make the transition as smooth as possible. If we have a distributor in your territory we can also make the introduction to have you attended to promptly!
