There are no cancellation fees. Please contact your account representative before your order has shipped. Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

All returned items will be inspected. If they do not meet the return conditions, a refund may be denied.
To process a refund, we require proof of purchase such as an invoice or purchase order. Refunds cannot be issued without this documentation.
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day via APC Logistics, Royal Mail, or a suitable courier service.
International customers are responsible for all legal import documentation and compliance with local laws.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, re-shipping fees may apply. Orders under £250 (net) will incur a £4.99 delivery fee.
PLEASE NOTE: These regions are always subject to delivery fees, regardless of the total order value.
The term "British Islands" refers to any island or isle separated from the British mainland by water, where standard road access by car, van or lorry is not possible.
For all delivery locations within the areas listed above, free delivery is not available. Delivery charges are calculated according to the size and weight of your order and the number of boxes. Orders that require a full pallet will be charged a fixed pallet delivery rate.
